§1 General provisions

1. The Organizer of Programs promoting regularity, Programs promoting package orders and Loyalty Programs, hereinafter referred to as "Programs", is the Official Distributor of Products for the individual customer market, the Operator of "Sklep Zdrowia" on the website: https://marinex-polska.pl /: Izabela Zielińska -Grohs "Marinex Polska" with its registered office in Łódź (93-446), ul. 3. Participation in the Programs is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

§2 Program offer
10% – Active Customer Discount (ACD)

1. Program offer: 10% - Active Customer Discount (ACD)), it is a Discount promoting the systematic purchase of Preparations, addressed to returning Customers who meet the requirements of § 10 sec. 1, who have already made purchases in the Health Store and purchase the preparation/you again, within no more than 60 days from the previous order.

3. Customers who want to participate in the Program are obliged to meet the program conditions, including in particular to send the number of packages specified in section 4 entitling to receive the Free Preparation, subject to the situation referred to in section 5. Sending by the Customer of the Health Shop a smaller number of packages than required in the program is treated as a failure to meet the conditions of the Program, and thus results in the refusal to grant the Free Preparation.
4. As part of the Free Preparation Program - Discount for regularity for customers of the Health Store, subject to sec. 4 and the provisions of § 9 are due for sending back:

Customers who have sent back the packaging are entitled to a one-time return of the Preparation, without charging the shipping costs. 4. As part of the settlement of the Preparation Gratis-Central Action Program, you can combine packaging purchased at other points of sale, which contain provisions on participation in the Campaign, with packaging purchased under the Program Free Preparation - Discount for regularity for Customers of the Health Store, referred to in § 3.
5. Customers wishing to participate in the Program Gratis-Central Action are obliged to meet the conditions of the program, including in particular to send only packaging containing entries entitling them to participate in the Action, in the quantities specified in paragraph 8, entitling to receive Preparation Free, subject to the situation referred to in par. 9. Sending by the Customer a smaller number of packages than required in the program and/or packages that do not contain provisions on participation in the Campaign is treated as a failure to meet the conditions of the Program, and thus results in the refusal to grant the Free Preparation.
6. 2. Discount from the Program: % - Discount on orders over PLN 1,000, is calculated on the terms set out in § 11.

§6 Program offer
Free delivery - for orders over 200 €

1. Program Offer: Free Shipping - for orders over 200 €, it is a Program promoting the purchase of Preparations, addressed to Customers who meet the requirements of § 10 sec. 1. who made a one-time purchase in the Health Shop with a total value exceeding 200 €.
2. Program: 5% - for orders over PLN 1,000, it is charged on the terms set out in § 11.

§7 Program offer
10% Discount of the Referring Customer

1. Program offer: 10% - Referring Customer Discount, it is a loyalty program addressed to Customers registered in the Health Store database, meeting the requirements of § 10 para. 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Recommending Party" who shared information about the Preparations with another person, hereinafter referred to as the "New Customer by Recommendation", and as a result she purchased the Preparation in the Health Store and indicated the Recommending Party during registration.
2. A new Customer by recommendation may indicate only one Recommender when registering in the Health Shop. At the written or e-mail request of the Customer by recommendation, the entry indicating the Recommender may be removed from his account, but it cannot be replaced with another Recommender.
3. The value of the order placed by the New Customer from the recommendation is the basis for calculating the amount corresponding to 10% of the above. orders on account of the Recommending Party. above the value is entered into the account and is subject to deduction on the terms set out in §11 from the first order, which takes place after the date of the recommendation and which is placed in the Recommending Health Store.

§8 Program offer
PLN 20 – Birthday discount

1. Program offer: PLN 20 - Birthday discount is a discount of the loyalty program, addressed to customers who meet the requirements of § 10 section 1., who decided to use the above. voluntarily entering the date of birth in the registration form.
2. The decision to enter the date of birth in the registration form is the Customer's discretion and is not a necessary requirement when registering an account in the Health Shop. The customer may at any time submit a request to add or remove the date of birth from his account.
3. The date of birth is processed in accordance with the applicable rules of the GDPR, only for the purpose of granting a birthday discount.
4. Discount from the Program: PLN 20 - Birthday discount is calculated on the following terms:

1. The customer placing the first order in the Health Shop, who provided his date of birth in the registration form, acquires the right to deduct the birthday discount on the next order worth more than PLN 100, if it is placed after the date of birth. (e.g. A customer who was born on May 5, XXXX will be entitled to a birthday discount with the second order placed after May 5)
2. The customer who later decided to register his date of birth in the system acquires the right to deduct the birthday discount for the first order that took place after the date of birth.
3. Birthday discounts do not add up, within one billing period the customer has the right to a one-time deduction on this account. The settlement period of the birthday discount is valid from the birthday to the day preceding the birthday of the following year, after this period, unless the discount has been used, it expires. (e.g. A customer who was born on May 5 XXXX acquires on May 5, 2020 the right to deduct the rebate for 2020, period billing period lasts from May 5, 2020 to May 4, 2021, after this period the rights expire, from May 5, 2021, the Customer acquires the right to another discount for 2021).

§9 Duration of Programs

1. The Program Offer lasts from January 1, 2010 until further notice on the terms set out in sections 2-4, subject to the provisions of §4 regarding the Free Preparation Program Offer - Rebate for regularity under the central auspices of Marinex International Sp. z o.o., which lasts until the packaging containing records on participation in the abovementioned is exhausted. shares, but no longer than until December 31, 2021.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program(s) without giving a reason, or to cease running the Programs under the conditions set out in the Regulations for a certain period of time (e.g. due to restrictions related to Covid-19). 3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Programs during its duration, with the proviso that this does not apply to sales contracts concluded and paid for before the change.
4. If new rules of the Program/Programs are introduced, the existing rules of the Program/Programs cease to be binding on the Organiser, subject to the provisions of sec. 3.

§10 Program Participants

1. Program offer, subject to sec. 2 is addressed to natural persons with full legal capacity who are customers of the Health Store.
2. Offer of the Free Preparation Program Discount for regularity under the central patronage of Marinex International Sp. z o.o., referred to in § 4, is addressed to natural persons with full legal capacity who have purchased Preparations for their own use at points of sale other than the Health Store. The offer of the Program applies only to the transitional period, i.e. until the stocks on the packaging are exhausted, inside which there are provisions on the possibility of participation in the abovementioned. promotional campaign.

§11 Rules for calculating Rebates under the Programs

1. 1. The Health Shop System does not automatically calculate discounts specified for individual Programs, with the exception of the Program "Free shipping for orders over 200 €. and a 5% discount on orders over PLN 1,000.
   2. At the stage of placing an order in the Health Store, the customer selects the path for:
      1. New Customer (for whom the Free Shipping Discount is available for an order over 200 € and a 5% Discount on the value of the order over PLN 1,000 (the order is finalized in the Health Shop, automatic on-line payment is also available);
      2. a Returning Customer who places an order in the system and waits for e-mail information from a Customer Service Employee who indicates, subject to the rules set out in sec. 5 and 6, the final amount to be paid (reduced by all applicable discounts), and in the case of an order declared for payment in advance, also a link to online payment.
   3. The returning customer who made the online payment for the order in full amount, without discount deductions and without waiting for the contact of the Customer Service Employee, has the right to submit the order in writing or by e-mail to the address dzial.klienta@marinex.com.pl application for calculation of discounts to which he is entitled. In this case, after considering the application, the value of the calculated discounts is communicated to the Customer and entered into the Customer's account.    4. After the expiry of the period of 14 days referred to in sec. 3 (in the case of applications sent in writing - the date of the postmark counts) The Organizer assumes that the Customer has waived the right to calculate discounts on the order placed.
   5. Individual Rebates granted under the programs do not add up and are settled on the terms set out in section 6.
   6. The Organizer reserves the right to calculate individual Discounts in the following order based on the total value of the order placed, for Customers who will be entitled to more than one of the following discounts:
      1. First, a 5% discount is deducted from orders over PLN 1,000 and a free shipping discount;
      2. secondly, a 10% discount of the referring client and a birthday discount are applied;
      3. in the third place, a 10% discount of the active customer (ACD) is calculated.
