Regulations “Action discount for an opinion”

§1 General provisions

  1. The organizer of the year-long Action “Only systematic building of the body brings serious physiological effects”, hereinafter referred to as the “Action”, is Marinex International Sp. z o. o. Łódź, 93-446, Placowa 4 The company entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs at the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Division of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000159418, NIP: 899-18-33-247 REG. 473157465, hereinafter referred to as “Marinex”.
  2. Information about the Campaign is placed inside the packaging of the Products offered by Marinex. The detailed rules of the Action are set out in these Regulations.
  3. The Action Regulations are available on the website: marinex.com.pl/opinie in the “Action Regulations” tab.
  4. Participation in the Action is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
  5. The terms of the Action do not constitute an offer for business partners.

§2 Offer of Shares

  1. The Action Offer is addressed to the Participants referred to in §4 who have purchased the Product(s) offered by Marinex and their product packaging contains an appropriate provision about the possibility of participation in the abovementioned shares, provided that Participants decided to share an opinion containing a description of the effects they achieved as a result of systematic use of the above-mentioned methods. Preparations, subject to sec. 2.
  2. Only the opinions of Participants who, in the statement placed inside the packaging, have indicated that they consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of placing the abovementioned information, participate in the Campaign. reviews on the website.
  3. A person wishing to participate in the Campaign must additionally specify the place of purchase of the product and the approximate time of purchase. In the absence of such information, the Organizer will ask the given Person to supplement the data. This information is necessary for the Organizer to verify a given Opinion in accordance with the Rules of the Action

§3 Duration of the Action

  1. The Share Offering runs from January 1, 2010 until further notice.
  2. The Organizer of the Campaign reserves the right to end the Campaign at the end of the calendar year, without giving any reason, or to cease conducting the Campaign under the conditions set out in the regulations for a certain period of time (e.g. due to restrictions related to Covid-19). Appropriate information about the temporary cessation or termination of the Campaign will be posted by the Campaign Organizer on the website marinex.com.pl.
  3. The Organizer of the Action reserves the right to change the rules of the Action during its duration, with the proviso that this does not apply to opinions sent before the change. The date of sending the opinion is the date of sending the parcel by the participant.
  4. If new rules of the Action are introduced, the existing rules of the Action cease to be binding on the Organiser, subject to the provisions of sec. 3.

§4 Participants

  1. The Offer of Shares is addressed to natural persons with full legal capacity, subject to section 2.
  2. Employees of the Organizer and members of their families are excluded from participation in the Campaign.

§5 Posting opinions on the website, awarding prizes

  1. The organizer of the action reserves the right to post opinions sent as part of the Action on the website, regardless of whether they have been awarded for the prize.
  2. Every two months, the Organizer of the Campaign decides to award a prize to the selected participant who sent an opinion that meets the requirements of § 2 from the pool of submitted opinions.
  3. The awarded opinion is posted on the website marinex.com.pl/opinie – in the “Awarded Opinions” tab, along with the amount of the awarded prize and the attached scan of the opinion sent. The scan of the opinion is posted after blurring the fields containing personal data.
  4. The opinions referred to in par. 1 is posted on the website after removing some of the personal data enabling recognition, i.e. only the name, age and city of the participant are posted.
  5. The User whose opinion has been awarded is entitled to send the prize (Free Preparation) once, without charging shipping costs. If the shipment is not picked up on time, the next shipment will take place only at the participant’s request with the addition of shipping costs.

§6 Posting Opinions on the Website

  1. These Terms of Use govern your behavior in relation to Customer Ratings and the Reviewing Service offered by Marinex. In the event of a conflict between the content of the Marinex Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will apply to the Opinion Service.
  2. By sending any content to Marinex, you warrant and represent that: – you are the sole author and owner of the relevant copyrights; – you voluntarily assign any previously held “moral rights” to the relevant content; – all content submitted is strictly true; – you are at least 13 years old; – the use of the submitted content does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause any loss to any person or third party.
  3. In addition, you agree and confirm that you will not submit content: – knowingly false, inaccurate or misleading; – infringes a third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or publicity or privacy right; – violates any law, statute, or local regulation (including but not limited to export, consumer protection, competition, anti-discrimination or misleading advertising laws); – that is, or has a reasonable appearance of being, defamatory, slanderous, hateful, racially or religiously motivated, unlawfully intimidating or harassing any person, company or corporation; – for which you received remuneration or other benefits from another entity; this includes any information with references to other portals, internet and e-mail addresses, contact details and telephone numbers; – containing computer viruses, “worms” or other potentially harmful programs or files.
  4. You agree to indemnify Marinex (together with its officers, directors, attorneys, affiliates, joint-venture companies and external subcontractors) for all claims, demands and damages (direct and consequential) of all kinds – known and hitherto unknown – including reasonable attorney’s fees – in connection in violation of the representations and warranties made above, or a possible violation by you of the law or the rights of a third party.
  5. With respect to any content submitted by you, you grant to Marinex, free of charge, a permanent, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable right and license to use, copy, alter, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and sell and /or distribute the obtained content and implement it using any technology, center, anywhere in the world, without compensation to you.
  6. All content submitted by you is subject to use by Marinex in its sole discretion. Marinex reserves the right to amend, summarize and delete any portion of content submitted to the Marinex Portal, if Marinex in its sole discretion determines that it violates the content guidelines or any other section of these Terms of Use.
  7. Marinex does not guarantee that it will provide you with any possibility to edit or delete any part of the content submitted by you through the means at the disposal of Marinex. Questions and written comments are usually posted within seven business days. However, Marinex reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any complex content for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Marinex, are responsible for the content of your report. Nopart of the content submitted carries with it an obligation of confidentiality by Marinex, its agents, subsidiaries, subsidiaries, partners or external subcontractors and their directors, officers and employees.
  8. By including your email address in connection with your rating and review submission, you consent to Marinex and its third party service provider(s) using the email address provided to contact you regarding the status of your review and for other purposes administrative.

§7 Verification. Anyone can add reviews. Moderation enabled:

“We verify which opinions come from customers who have purchased a given product. Once approved, we display both positive and negative reviews.”
